We have a panel of independent solicitors whom we work closely with. This is to ensure that all of the properties we have comply with legal regulations in Spain.

We work with clients from initial enquiry stage through to taking possession of their property.

This involves discussing your requirements and, similar to purchasing a house in your home country, we will want to know what you expect from your property in Spain.

• Long and short term objectives - ie permanent move, holiday home
• Number of bedrooms
• Ideal location/s and proximity to the sea
• Do you know the area well? Or would you benefit from taking a good look around before making a decision on the location?
• Facilities and services that would be ideal
• Type of age range that will be using the property
• Will you drive when over here?
• Type of budget you have yourself
• Most importantly, your likes and dislikes

We believe that it is important that you visit the area to see where you are buying and to assist you with this we can support you with arrangements for your trip. We do this through using access to a discounted flight network and can arrange everything, from the flight, accommodation and car hire. However if you want to arrange this yourself that’s fine.

We can still assist you with looking at properties, this is recommended, as not all properties advertised for sale in all areas, have been approved by our legal team.

We can assist to arrange flights which the clients are asked to pay for up front. The costs of the trip can often be refunded once the purchase has been confirmed.

We do not offer silly priced trips for clients, this does not prove cost effective for the client or Grupo Platinum. Where these are offered by other companies, we have found that the client is paying inflated prices for properties, we guarantee you the best price for your property every time..

For your stay, a choice of accommodation can be offered.  We have discounted prices at 4 star hotels who offer half board basis at competitive prices. We also have self catering accommodation for those who prefer this option. Contact us for prices.

The clients can be collected from the airport and looked after from there throughout the trip by their Personal Property Consultant.
